Product Overview
The TXWG Communication Gateway is an industrial LPWAN gateway designed for long-distance, low-power IoT communication scenarios.
Based on LORA (LPWAN) long-range wireless technology, it provides extended communication coverage and enables low-power operation for terminal devices such as personnel locators and sensors.
This gateway acts as the core communication node and provides:
● Long-Range Communication
Covers large industrial areas such as chemical plants, tank farms, and mining sites.
● Multi-Channel, Multi-Rate Forwarding
Handles numerous terminal devices simultaneously.
● LORA Self-Organizing Network
Automatically establishes wireless mesh communication between gateways and terminals.
● 4G Connectivity
Uploads data to cloud servers for analysis and monitoring.
● GPS Time Synchronization
Uses satellite timing for accurate networking coordination.
● Low Power Consumption for Terminals
Terminals communicate using LPWAN, significantly extending battery life.
● High Security
Supports multiple encryption layers for device and application-level protection.
● IP67 Waterproof / Dustproof + Explosion-Proof T6 Gb
Suitable for hazardous industrial environments such as chemical zones and explosive gas areas.
System Architecture
Architecture A – LORA Self-Organizing Communication Network

-
Each communication gateway connects to uplink switches (Switch 1, Switch 2 … Switch n).
-
Gateways communicate with terminal devices via LORA long-range wireless links.
-
Multiple gateways can interconnect to form a self-organizing mesh network.
-
Data is forwarded upward through the aggregation switch to the server/cloud platform for centralized processing.
Structure:
-
Communication Gateways (1~n) → LORA wireless → Terminal devices
-
Gateways → RJ45/Optical Fiber → Switches → Aggregation Switch → Server/Cloud
Architecture B – 4G Communication Mode

-
Gateways gather data from mobile terminals via LORA.
-
Each gateway connects to the cloud server over 4G cellular networks.
-
Ideal for locations without wired network infrastructure.
Structure:
-
Mobile terminals → LORA → Gateway → 4G → Cloud Server
