CJ — UWB Industrial Ranging Device

Description

The CJ Industrial Ranging Terminal is a high-performance real-time distance-measurement device designed for industrial environments requiring stable and precise ranging. It supports 1-to-1, 1-to-many, and many-to-many distance measurement configurations, enabling flexible deployment across complex industrial workflows.

With a measurement accuracy of ±10 cm and a communication distance up to ≥1000 m, the CJ terminal provides dependable performance even in long-range or dynamic scenarios. The device features strong electromagnetic immunity, ensuring stable operation near high-power motors, steel structures, welding equipment, and other industrial interference sources.

Engineered for year-round operation, the device runs 24/7 for 365 days, delivering consistent performance without requiring frequent maintenance or calibration. The IP67 industrial protection rating guarantees resistance to water, dust, vibration, powder, steam, and harsh environmental conditions.

Installation is simple, utilizing either bolt-on or bracket mounting, making it suitable for both fixed and mobile industrial equipment. Integrated RS485 and optional RJ45 network communication allow seamless connectivity with RTU, PLC, SCADA, and industrial control systems using MODBUS_RTU / MODBUS_TCP protocols.

This device is widely deployed in steel plants, ports, mining sites, heavy-equipment facilities, and automated transportation systems. Typical applications include overhead cranes, gantry cranes, trolleys, conveyors, rail-guided vehicles, mining haul trucks, automated material handling, and collision-avoidance systems.
